A new card game (first UNO) - and cardholders for the boys that I whipped up in 30 seconds from stuff in my kitchen (cottage cheese lids + brads).
They totally worked.
We played as a family and my 6yo, who had never played a card game before, won 3 of the 5 UNO games! He loved it (and he'd do this hilarious evil chuckle when he played a Draw Two).

Thanks for showing your frugal card holder. I grew up using some store bought ones and now they are hard to find! I really like how you just made your own. My kids will be so excited to have some too!
